My follows

Consult all the companies you are following and the date until which they are contracted, as until then you will receive complete e-mail alerts and you can manage them in the Followed section.

Bear in mind that follows are by users and not by company, so you won't receive alerts for companies followed by other users from your company unless you are also following those companies.

• Filter by companies/freelancers, whether they are contracted and/or country 
• Batch unfollow

Filter your follows 

1. Click "Show filters" 
2. Select the filter you want to apply: 
   • Company type: Companies or freelancers 
   • Follow: Free or complete (contracted companies) 
   • Country: Select among Insight countries (group A)

Batch unfollow 

1. Select which companies you want to stop following. You can unfollow all of them by checking the box that is activated when you select a company.
2. Click Unfollow
3. Confirm you want to stop following them.
4. The companies (or freelancers) will be removed from the followed record. You can follow them again at any time.
