This page shows you all the reports contracted by your company (all the users at your company share contracts)
For each company or freelancer, it provides their:
- Name
- Which user from your company contracted it
- The date until when you can consult it at no additional cost
- Whether automatic renewal is activated

Filter the contract record
Activate "Show filters" to see all the available filters.
- Search: Filter by company or freelancer name
- User: Consult a specific users contracts or those of all users
- Country: Filter by country or consult all.
- Expiry: By default those that are active are shown, but you may also consult past contracts.
- Contracted period: Only for Insight countries (group A): 1 year or a short period.
- ASNEF Empresas unlimited: Whether you have contracted annual non-payment monitoring through ASNEF Empresas. Only for Spanish companies.
- Guaranteed balances: If you have contracted the updating of new balances as soon as they are deposited in the Mercantile Register. Only for Spanish companies.
- Automatic renewal: This shows only companies that will be renewed at the end of the contracted period.
- Company type: Companies or freelancers. Companies are shown by default.

Activate or cancel automatic renewal
- Select the companies for which you want to activate or cancel automatic renewal
- The "activate" or "deactivate” buttons above the record will be activated.
