From this page you can set up the method of updating invoices in Insight View and you have access to all the invoices added to Insight View.

Set up the method of updating invoices

After clicking "see/manage your invoices" you access the first tab, where you must choose how you want to import your invoices:

🅰️Sync with your SAGE | Accounting and Invoicing account: Once you sync your Sage account with that of Insight View, invoice and its payment status are always up to date, so the analysis of your customers’ debt faithfully represents their actual current situation. 

 

🅱️Manual import: Upload invoices and its payment status in Excel and we recommend doing this as often as possible so that the analysis of the debt your customers owe your company faithfully represents their actual current situation.

Summary: This shows you the selected method and the total number of invoices

Tasks available: If you have selected invoice import you can import another file from here or change the sync method

If you change the sync method all the existing invoices will be deleted

Manage the invoices added to Insight View

Payment status: Consult all invoices, paid and/or unpaid, by maturity date

2️⃣

If you have requested iCollect (debt collection) for some unpaid invoices, check this box to list only the invoices claimed.

3️⃣

Record of invoices: In addition to information on your invoices, the following tasks are available to you: 

  • Click the invoice number to see and/or edit the invoice data and payment status 
  • Click the customer to go to the customer debt section 
  • Click the trash can to delete an invoice. You can delete multiple invoices by selecting them in the first column.
